Are you a young woman or non-binary aspiring writer aged 14-18?

This December Into Games and the Critics' Club are offering you the chance to work alongside a professional games journalist and to have your work published on their sites.

Through the project you will receive:

  • Guidance from a gaming journalist pro
  • A day of creative workshops
  • To see your work published on Into Games and Critics' Club websites.

Meet the mentors

Journalists Vikki Blake, Imogen Mellor, and Rachel Watts will be leading the workshops and offering you their guidance. They have written for websites such as NME, Eurogamer, GamesRadar+, Kotaku, PCGamer, GamingBible and more!

Applicants must be aged between 14 and 16, based in the United Kingdom, and available for a full day of virtual workshops on 5 December 2020.

How to apply

Submit up to 500 words via the application form on any game of your choosing. It could be a game you love, or even one that you hate? What do you play with your friends and why?

The deadline to apply is 17 November 2020 – successful applicants will be notified 2 December 2020.
