Do you have a little one at home who loves Charlie and Lola? Then we think they’ll enjoy doing these activity sheets!
Charlie and Lola are popular children’s books written by Lauren Child. You might also have spotted them on TV.
From making puppets to colouring in, these activities are perfect for 5 to 7 year olds who need to be kept busy in a quiet moment.
Colouring sheet
Charlie and Lola are catching green drops for tea. But they need colouring in! All you need to do is print off the sheet, fetch some colouring pencils or crayons, and your child can get started.
Drawing
Can your little one guess what Lola’s imaginary friend looks like? In this activity they can let their own imagination run wild to fill in the sheet with their drawing.
Spot the difference
Lola is bouncing on her bed and the dogs are dancing! But can you spot the difference between the two pictures?
Making puppets
Your child will likely need your help with this fun activity. They can cut out the Charlie and Lola shapes to make their own puppets. Help them cut carefully around the shapes. Then fold the long arms to make them wriggly! Once you’ve made them, see if you can make up some games or adventures for the puppets.
