Try Laura's friendship activity

Laura has a real treat in store for you with this activity! What do you look for in a friend? This can be a hard question to answer but one thing is for sure, it’s usually due to a part of their personality or character.

So what exactly is character? It is the things about us that make us special and unique! Scientists have actually done a lot of work and research to understand character and today you get to complete a survey that will tell you all about the best bits of yours!

Answer a series of questions in this quick survey. Make sure you're super honest and go with your gut feeling when answering. After you complete the survey, you’ll be given a list of your character strengths in order of how much you use them or how strong they are in you. Don’t worry - all of the strengths are really positive and you have all of them, just in different amounts.

Keep hold of your results because we’ll be using them as part of the creative writing activity in the next video!
