You can use your child’s love of books to inspire them to think about their health responsibly. From babies all the way up to age 11, we’ve put together our favourite titles for young people. They cover subjects in health and wellness including foods, exercise, and looking after our teeth.


Baby to 3 years

Brush, Brush, Brush! By Alicia Padron

This book uses cheerful pictures to show the most important steps to help a child brush their teeth. Both you and your child can sing the rhyming words to the tune of "Do Your Ears Hang Low?" to make teeth-brushing fun every day.

My First Yoga ABC by Teresa Anne Power

This board book will not only help little ones to learn the alphabet, but some simple yoga poses as well. Each page has block letters of the alphabet, with a corresponding yoga pose! Young children will delight in practicing yoga while reciting their ABCs.
