Out-of-this-world biscuits

Star-shaped biscuits

Cooking is a useful way for children to practice listening and chatting. Reading the recipe, writing a shopping list for ingredients and visiting the supermarket all add to the great sense of achievement when the biscuits come out of the oven!

These delicious oat biscuits are the perfect excuse to get creative. Use a star-shaped cookie cutter or even try moons or planets for a different space twist!

  4. Heat the butter and golden syrup in a pan
