Quick activity - Making a shopping list
More like this
Making a shopping list together will encourage your little one to speak about their favourite meals and foods.
Sit down with your child and start making a list of their favourite foods. Look for pictures of the things on the list, then cut out pictures and labels and stick it next to the item on the list.
Chat as you go and ask your child lots of questions like “What do you like for breakfast?” or “What’s your favourite?”
